Dear little me,

I know that things can get pretty frustrating in this big ole world. I know that you hold a lot of anger in that little head of yours. That doesn’t make you bratty or a baby—there’s a lot in this world that SHOULD make you feel angry. But that anger should move you, not just be left to boil over inside.

You deserve to be treated well always, with no exceptions. Even by yourself.
